This week, I’ve been balancing the Easter Holidays with work as well as becoming more busy at work too, trying to go back to the gym and meal planning as a new thing for us. It’s been a lot but we are getting there!

As a mum, I’ve been trying to sneak vegetables into food for years now but I didn’t even consider half of the things in this post! This post has literally given me ways to incorporate veg into all of our foods in a way that won’t be overwhelming and for that, I’ve put it as my post of the week because I’m sure there’s plenty of parents – and even adults – who can be inspired by this post!
